issues, I have issued an Address to the membership of SAR Alberta and directed
that more information be provided via SAR Alberta's website. I encourage you to
review all the information recently posted, and become more engaged with your
fellow SAR workers in these matters which have a great impact on you and how SAR
is delivered for our province. </P>

<P>Changes are in the wind, and membership involvement is essential.</B> </P>
<P>In order to encourage members to follow the President's message above --
right away and not put it off -- I can say from my reading of the
material that this issue is vitally important to SAR Alberta in the way the
organization will operate and be funded in the future. Everyone needs to be
involved. </P>

<P>The regular issue of the newsletter may be out a little later this month, to
give groups time to digest the above information. If your group has a
communication for other groups or members of SAR Alberta -- advice,
announcements, greetings, kudos, whatever -- please send them to me by
August 19<SUP>th</SUP> and I will have the August issue out soon after. </P>

each month. Please note that the deadline for material is the 14<SUP>th</SUP> of
each month. </P>

please send information 1-1/2 months prior to the dates you wish advertised. It
will then give ample time for those reading it to respond. </P>
