Subject: ATV Standard 


Dear Membership:


The Standards Committee have asked me to send out a proposal for an ATV Standard.


In order to follow the process, as outlined from the 2003 AGM, the proposed standard needs to be submit to the Membership for a review.  The process also requires any comments from the Membership to be submit to the Standards Committee within ninety days (90 days).  After ninety days (90 Days) the Standards Committee will review the comments from the membership and revise  the proposal if necessary.



As oversight of the Standards Committee please send all comments to me and I will forward them to the Standards Committee.
