Here is a reporting template please send your reports to your Regional  Directors to compile for your region as per usual for inclusion in the  Agenda for the upcoming  Board meeting in June. Deadline for team  reports to your Regional Directors will be May 20, 2006.   Thanks  for all you help.  Michelle.
