[SARA-Members] Stats reiminders again .................

Hello all could you get your regional stats to Reese Wolsey, Rodney Dietrich or myself for compilation.  We need this collection process for the annual report, AGM, SARVAC reports and year end documentation.  Thank you to the groups who have sent in stats to me, I would still need the updates from you from August 1, 2006 to now.  Those of you who have sent nothing (and there are many by the way!!) I need the whole year up to now from Jan 1, 2006.    
The data is collected on the following:

  Searches - date, file number of, type of , successful or unsucessful, man hours and if there was mutual aid from other teams.
  example Evidence search May 1, 2006, File # oxoxox, successful, 23 searchers for 4 hours = 92 man hours no mutual aid assistance required
  
  Civil Emergency response - date, file number of, type of response, man hours and if mutual aid from other teams.  
  example - May 1, 2006, fiel # oxoxoxox, road block monitoring, 23 responders for 4 hours = 92 man hours
  
  Training - date/dates, type, hours, attendance, grant funded or not
  example - May 1&2, 2006, ATV course, 8 participants, 16 hour course = 128 man hours, EMA funded 
  
  Public relations events - date/dates, type, hours, attendance, venue of who or what your target was.    
 example May 1 to 20,2006, PSAR Hug-a-Tree presentations to 450 grade 3's, 2 presenters 60 man hours total for Preventative education of SAR
  
  Administration - number of meetings and any other administrative duties and the hours logged.
 example Team regular members meetings average attendance 12 members 1 time per month for 1.5 hours =18 man hours per month / 216 man hours per year
  
  
 We all spend countless hours volunteering our time to Search and Rescue in this province lets get the just recognition we deserve.
