[SARA-Members] STATS Please

Hello all could you please send in your regional stats to Rodney Dietrich or myself for compilation.  We need to get on the collection process as we are almost through the year and I have received stats from only 2 teams.    
We need data on the following: 
  
  Searches - date, number of, type of, successful or suspended, man hours and if there was mutual aid from other teams.
  example Evidence search May 1, 2006, successful, 23 searchers for 4 hours = 92 man hours no mutual aid assistance required
  
  Civil Emergency response - date, number of, type of response, man hours and if mutual aid from other teams.  
  example - May 1, 2006, road block monitoring, 23 responders for 4 hours = 92 man hours
  
  Training - date/dates, type, hours, attendance, grant funded or not
  example - May 1&2, 2006, ATV course, 8 participants, 16 hour course = 128 man hours, team funded (not a grant course)
  
  Public relations events - date/dates, type, hours, attendance, venue of who or what your target was.    
 example May 1 to 20,2006, Hug-a-Tree presentations to 450 grade 3's, 2 presenters 60 man hours total for Preventative education of SAR
  
  Administration - number of meetings and any other administrative duties and the hours logged.
 example Team regular members meetings average attendance 12 members 1 time per month for 1.5 hours =18 man hours per month / 216 man hours per year
  
  
 We all spend countless hours volunteering our time to this organization and we need to be able to show our Government just how important, essential and highly trained of a service we really are.  Please get the stats into me as soon as possible.  I am trying to put together a template to fill out that would be easier to administer this task however I am not quite there yet so please send me what you can from the list above.
