[SARA-Members] Document

Hi all,

Here is the document that I prepared at Rodney's request. Since the meeting
on Saturday, I have made a couple of amendments to it. If you are
considering some of the suggestions I have placed in the document, then I
think it is very important that ALL members see it. If you want to post this
on the website, please go ahead,  but I would suggest that the webmaster
stick it out front someplace, so members can readily find it. As well, I
would suggest that it be put out to all members via email as well.

Personally, as I indicated in the document,I think SAR AB needs to tighten
up it's belt and look at the overall way of doing business, other wise it
will be very hard to move things ahead.
