[SARA-Members] Minutes from AGM

As my last duty I told Kelly James the new secretary for SAR Alberta I would do up the April 26,2008 AGM minutes so he does not have to try and read my short hand. I will complete this in the next week and send out to the attendees and general membership.   I want to say thanks to the membership and board for the experience of a provincial position for SAR .
