- Please note that discounted rates will only be held until April 23 (so far 2 people have booked rooms - if you are planning on staying please book prior to April 23 - the hotel is expecting to be very busy that weekend)

- Please let me know if you will be attending lunch by April 26, as I need to provide lunch #'s to the hotel the morning of the 27th
