Electronic version attached for the November 17, 2007 General Membership Meeting information package. <br><br>The Canada Post mail out went today to the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Regular (voting) membership via Express post,</span> arrival Monday or Tuesday next week, the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Associate (non-voting) membership via regular mail</span>, should arrive Friday or early the following week. <br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Express post mail</span> out will need to be<span style="text-decoration: underline;"> signed fo</span>r otherwise the packages will be returned to SAR Alberta. I have the tracking numbers for the express post packages so if you do not receive by Monday or Tuesday let me know so I can follow up on the whereabouts of it. <br><br>I apologize if there is duplication in this email process, however, I want to get the information out to optimize attendance to the meeting .
<br><br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Reminder regarding SAR Alberta Membership fees generic invoice.</span><br>If Regular membership fees are not paid prior to the start of the meeting then your organization will not have voting capabilities at the meeting. All the mail out packages have a generic invoice in them.
