Paul stepped down as Provincial Training Coordinator as of Nov 17.</SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: normal"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: EN-CA">Paul has dedicated much of his life to search and rescue in Alberta, ranging from serving as President of SAR Alberta, to the teaching and development of courses such as Civil Emergency Response, to serving for the past number of years as the Provincial Training Coordinator and working with all of the groups to meeting their training objectives with the assistance of the SAR training grants from EMA. His efforts and dedication will be missed!<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

After subsequent discussion, one of the member groups put forth a motion to appoint me as the Interim Provincial Training Coordinator to facilitate this - so here I am - til Dec 20 at which time the SAR Alberta Executive will be appointing a new provincial training coordinator (details to follow in subsequent email).</SPAN></P>

Please note that these people are working on behalf of ALL groups and are not necessarily representing any particular region.
