in light of the recent general meeting that perhaps a vote of confidence in
the board was called for.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Comic Sans MS" size=2><STRONG><U>If you are confident in the
current boards ability to deal in good faith with provincial matters, such as
SAR falling under the AEMA department, then please vote
"yes"</U></STRONG></FONT></DIV>

their ability to act in good faith and think a new board should be elected
then vote "no".</U></STRONG></FONT></DIV>
