<DIV>I've noticed a number of events on the SAR Alberta shared calendar (see link below) that are mostly internal - executive meetings, committee meetings etc. When creating an event, there is the option "When included in other calendars" and the option "Don't Display" should be selected for events where members from other groups would normally not be able to attend. The event will still show up on your calendars...but it won't show up on the shared SAR Alberta one...</DIV>

<DIV>Also, please keep the titles BRIEF. Some of you are putting in details such as time/location/specific content in the title and this should be put in the Event Details pop-up box.</DIV>

<DIV>This is important to keep the calendar uncluttered and allow members to more easily see those events that you do want to share with others.</DIV>

<DIV>PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO THOSE IN YOUR GROUP THAT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENTERING EVENTS ON YOUR CALENDARS. </DIV>
