[SARA-Members] Funded course update....

Quick note - I have yet to hear from several groups and they were mailed 
individually to get their course request. Time is running out

Course Questions

Q - Team Leader Training was added last year - do we still have 
instructors providing that course and if so please make yourself known 
to me.
Last year $2000.00 was allotted for 10 students - will that still work.

Q - Safety Officer - this was added last year as a new and trail course 
and it was funded for three courses - who is the Inst. and is it a 
course to continue???

Q - Man tracking - Level 1 and Level 2 - what is the difference between 
the two in cost using local and or UTS from the states.  Please provide 
any info and don't be shy.
