[SARA-Members] SAR Alberta Certificates - UPDATE

I have received a number of emails from you since Friday, thus the need for
an update

 

Certificates will be issued for:

1.	any grant courses
2.	other courses you attend that instructors do not issue certificates
for 

 

I will keep the Training Chair informed of the courses we are producing
certificates for and if clarification is required prior to issuing
certificates for non grant courses.

 

Any course lists previously submitted, please do not assume that we already
have those lists, if in doubt, please submit your course list(s) again

To the Membership of SAR Alberta

 

Good News - SAR Alberta certificates are actually getting done. Yes - I know
you have heard this before - but this time it is true

 

The Regional Reps that were present at the Sept 17 board meeting in Red Deer
were given completed certificates to bring back to their respected regions.

 

Procedure for certificates

 

1.	Please send course lists to: Rodney Dietrich - accountinggod at shaw.ca


a.	Current courses - please have in no later then 1 month prior to next
board meeting 
b.	Old courses - please submit, plan is to have these completed by the
end of the year

2.	I will work with Randi Butler (Thank you for your commitment to the
SAR Alberta membership) for certificate completion 
3.	I will obtain the completed certificates before the next scheduled
board meeting and hand them out to the respected regional reps for
distribution back to the local teams 
4.	I will then send the completed course list to Brett Wuth (Thank you
for your commitment to the SAR Alberta membership) for record maintenance
(data base)
