For those of you with nothing to do this  weekend 

 Kananaskis Celebrates
  
 A helicopter sling rescue demonstration and free family fun in a provincial  park: What better way to celebrate Alberta Parks' 75th anniversary?
 To join the party, head to Bow Valley Provincial Park's Willow Rock  Campground just north of the junctionof Trans-Canada and Hwy 1X on Sunday from  10am to 3pm
 Conversation officers plan to demonstrate a helicopter sling rescue at  about noon. At 1pm, the park's interpeters plan to give an entertaining show at  the amphitheatre about local wildlife and plants
 Throughout the day there will also be demonstrations of bear-monitoring  techniques, many interactive displays and exhibits
 All of this will be topped off with a free BBQ lunch of hot dogs chips and  cotton candy from 11am to 3pm with draw prizes
