[SARA-Members] Golden Search and Rescue suspends services amidlegal liability concerns

The issue about coverage while on a tasked search is still open to  
confirmation, so in that I agree with Mark.

However, Golden is being sued because they didn't respond in time (as  
considered by the family). So if we turn an unsolicited request for  
our services (ie. from a member of the public and not from a  
certifiable tasking agency) then we're still open to being sued.

So, as President of Calgary's group, I too agree we need to look to  
AEMA to step up to plate and sort this out immediately. i have little  
hope for that, as these things are slow to proceed. But if AEMA really  
wants us to be part of the bigger picture, they need to do this for us  
as a start.
