[SARA-Members] AEMA Registration form .... IMPORTANT!!!!

As per a letter from AEMA pasted below, this is the new registration form that needs annual filling for all  SAR Alberta members to be put under the  WCB umbrella.   Please ensure all your  individual  members within your team fill one out and copy is forwarded to  AEMA for this record keeping.   Otherwise you will not be protected under the umbrella.   It is encouraged for you to  make this form your own by adding your Logos to it.  Michelle

When completed, endorsed by a member group and forwarded to AEMA   
it will put the volunteer under the WCB umbrella.
